Submit your original track for review. If approved, it will be published on Soundtrack Empire and made available for licensing worldwide. Please submit only original, royalty-free music that you own or have full distribution rights to.

How It Works:

  • Once received, our team will review your submission for quality, technical standards, and copyright compliance.
  • If your track is selected, we’ll contact you via the email address provided in your submission.
  • After approval, we’ll finalize licensing terms and publish your track on our platform.

Revenue Share:

  • As the creator, you remain the full owner of your composition and master recording.
  • Soundtrack Empire handles all licensing and distribution through our platform.
  • Revenue from sales or licenses is shared 75% to the author / 25% to the platform.
  • Payouts are made monthly, based on the platform’s net revenue.
  • We reserve the right to decline submissions that don’t meet technical, legal, or creative standards.

Technical & Legal Requirements:

  • Accepted formats: .WAV or .MP3 (16-bit / 44.1kHz or higher).
  • You must own all rights — no copyrighted samples, vocals, or loops without permission.
  • By submitting, you confirm that you are the rightful owner or have the legal right to distribute and license the track.
  • Once published, the track must remain active and available for licensing for at least 12 months.

Feedback:

If your track isn’t accepted, you’re welcome to re-submit it after 6 months — ideally with improved production or genre alignment with our audience.
